- DDawnVirginia •2 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was great but our service was poor, especially for fine dining. It took a very long time to get our drinks and he rarely came to check in. My steak was cooked medium instead of medium rare but was still good. He didn’t check in after it was placed to see if cooked properly. The table next to us sent all of their steaks back to be redone so not sure what was going on in the kitchen. We received our bill to pay at 8:04 PM, at 8:27 PM we were still waiting to pay. We attempted to get his attention several times but ended up flagging down the host to pay. The noise level was very high, hard to chat at the table. For the amount we paid, would definitely expect a better experience and service.More infoMorton's, The Steakhouse - ArlingtonPrice: Moderate• American• Arlington•4.5
- JJasonVirginia •15 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoWe had the prime rib 3-course special. The steak, potatoes, bread, and salad were fantastic. Had samplings of 5 appetizers… they were okay. Dessert wasn’t great. The biggest disappointment was the wine pairing… $75 for 3 drinks that weren’t awesome.More infoVermilion - AlexandriaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Old Town Alexandria•4.6

Our server was phenomenal—unfortunately, I don’t recall his name, but he’s been with the restaurant since its opening many years ago. The staff made sure my children could enjoy their meals while having a wonderful time. The ambiance was fantastic, and the food was exceptional. Absolutely no complaints!More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - ArlingtonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Arlington•4.6

- TTammyWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 16, 2024Waited 8 years for this! Totally worth it and nothing else like it here in the States. Lived and worked in UK in early 2000s and would eat here a few times a week! Fresh pressed/squeezed juices...nothing out of a carton here. Amazing flavors in every dish. Our server Bandit knows the menu and will guide you. The Tokyo sweet potato fries have juicy, tender steak. Our guest had the vegan Tokyo fries and said it was the best 'fake meat' dish ever. She (and I stole a bite too) also enjoyed her miso glazed cod over green tea noodles, my 8-yr-old picky eater son is a fan of the chicken gyoza ramen and declared it the best restaurant ever for food, server, decorations and music lol. I enjoyed the panko-breaded vegetarian (sweet potato and eggplant) curry. They have a promo for New Year's...4 plates and 4 drinks for $30 per person (3-6 pm I think; possibly bar only, but still... right?). UK owner/CEO visited restaurant this week and there's thoughts of opening in Reston Town Center, maybe Mosaic, but just some table-side gossip, so need fact-checking. I think they are in NYC already...maybe Houston? Either way, visit soon. You won't regret it and it will soon be part of your regular rotation. We did cheesecake and illy coffee across the street at the Cheesecake Factory for dessert, though I'm sure it would be fabulous at Wagamama's too. Please visit soon so we can keep this UK gem here!More infoWagamama ClarendonPrice: Expensive• Asian• Arlington•4.2
