Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Central West End

Initially I was reluctant to go here since it is a hotel restaurant but the weather was not good so we went. Good choice! My wife got the burrata caprese salad and I had mushroom and black truffle soup. The caprese was delicate and the soup was rich and perfectly prepared. For main courses my wife had la classics lasagna napoletana, which was firm and deeply meaty, quite delicious. I had the tagliatelle don Alfronso, which was to die for. The sauce with their home grown tomatoes was exquisitely sweet and the home made pasta perfect. I’m of Italian ancestry and have been eating Italian food my whole life and I cannot recall something this delicious, even when we’ve been in Sorrento. The service was attentive and helpful and the owner interested in our thoughts. Highly recommended.

Food and service were excellent. Menu choices made it hard to decide what order. Eventually decided on the sea bass special and was delicious. More food than I could eat in one sitting. Cesar salad and cannoli for dessert made for a perfect dinner.

We arrived, a party of 7, 3 adults and 4 children 7 and under. They were absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious and the service incomparable Excellent restaurant

First time to The Tenderloin Room and it did not disappoint. With walking into the nostalgic past of Saint Louis, we were greeted with smiles and seated quickly, and as requested in a quiet corner, soon the request Prosecco was on the table to start our celebration! Our server was nothing short of fantastic, energetic, and simply amazing. Drinks throughout the evening were spectacular, the food itself, was out of this world delicious and classic. We were gifted a dessert to take home to close out our anniversary meal and look forward to another fabulous evening at The Tenderloin Room.

I was surprised by how beautifully the Chase was decorated for the holidays. Absoulutely amazing! It made our (me and hubby) traditional Christmas midday meal extra special. The food was pricey but good. We will return.
