Chef/Owners Lisa & Terry Harwood opened Vine Street Cafe in 2003. Located on South Ferry Road, just 1.5 miles from the South Ferry. Chef Terry works with area farmers, fishermen & vineyards and features their natural bounty on his seasonal menus. We make everything in house and Lisa's desserts, ice creams and fruit crisps are no exception. Recently, we opened a small market behind the restaurant. This is where you pick up take-out orders while stocking your home pantry. Specialty catering is available along with ready fresh meals such as meatballs, chicken salad, bread, smoked ribs, BBQ Sauce and a selection of artisan pastas.     Ambiance, food and drinks were amazing but our server was very rushed kept trying to rush our meal. Wanted to enjoy nice Friday dinner after long week. He rarely checked on basics on how food was. Was focused more on clearing glasses and food.

    Jedediah Hawkins is a special place -- great old building and a fabulous restaurant within. Everything is excellent !! Please try it out -- you will not be disappointed. Coming from a distance? -- spend the night for an extra special visit.

    Some dishes were very good a couple were lacking flavor making it just ok. Definitely small portions so if you are really hungry order extra. The food was average but the view is fantastic.

    My wife and I visited Dimon Estate Restaurant last night for restaurant week. The value was incredible. The food was par excellent. The staff was friendly and very attentive. My wife had the grilled shrimp appetizer and I had the cranberry Brie with honey. Both were delicious. We both had the pan seared salmon with the dill sauce over a generous amounts of a creamy purée of sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus. So yum! The desserts were on point. Especially, my go to favorite crème brûlée. All and all another great experience on a Fall Sunday night out on the NF!
