Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Cypress Hills

PJ’s staff is very well trained in the fine dining industry. They r very welcoming & accommodating. We enjoy coming to Vetro every time. The food is delicious & the atmosphere is very calming. Ty for another great meal.

The champagne bar was excellent. Dinner was delicious and Kristin was an outstanding server  Perhaps it was a little louder than we expected but overall, we were very pleased

The Salade Niçoise was a refreshing contrast—bright, fresh ingredients combined seamlessly into a balanced and flavorful dish. Every bite transported us to the south of France, with its vibrant olives, perfectly seared tuna, and tangy vinaigrette. Pairing our meal with beer and cider was an inspired choice, complementing the dishes beautifully. The crisp cider offered a touch of sweetness that balanced the savory flavors, while the beer provided a refreshing bitterness that paired wonderfully with the steak. This restaurant captures not only the essence of French cuisine but also the spirit of a bygone era. It’s a place where time slows down, and every bite is a reminder of why French food remains a cornerstone of fine dining. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic, nostalgic experience.

Loved the experience. We shared a lot of appetizers…green curry escargot, peanut satay chicken, hamachi, lobster summer rolls,black sticky rice. All were excellent. Drinks were delish. Only regret is not getting one of the soufflés offered. Figured we would be too full after the meal,but I think we could have squeezed it in! All in all great time and will definitely be back.
