Casual dining in the bar is a Sunday afternoon delight. The ambience is nice and the food and service are excellent. The Social Hour and Bar fare are just right when one does not want to have a fancy dinner. The filet mignon sandwich with sautéed onions and cheese was delicious.

My husband and I dined at GR Steak at Paris LV for our 5th wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked through the Chunnel entrance the entire staff made sure that our evening was special. Maria the GM, Gary our server, the executive chef, and the support staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, Chef Gordon, and the history of the restaurant itself. GR Steak was Gordon's first restaurant on the strip and it's successful longevity is a testament to the quality of the food and the staff. We were seated at one of the "chef's table" booths which I highly suggest. We enjoyed the Hamachi Crudo, Breads and Spreads, Smoked Beef Tartare, Seasonal Salad, Beef Wellington, several sides, and two fantastic desserts - Sticky Toffee Pudding and the Lemon Cheesecake. Everything was amazing. Highly Recommend!

Everything at the ocean club is phenomenal! The Chilean Sea Bass was cooked perfectly! The lobster Mac n cheese is delish as well as lobster mashed potatoes. The pork chop was also cooked perfectly and the lobster bisque was phenomenal. Of course the warm butter cake is superb so be sure to save room for it.

Food was absolutely amazing. Our favorite meal on a week long vacation. So glad we chose to spend my birthday dinner here. Highly recommend the green beans and duck bao. Thomas was a wonderful waiter and made the evening super special perfect date night, special occasion or family night out.

Tina was absolutely wonderful along with the entire staff. The steak was amazing, and for that matter all the food was top notch. The pacing of the meal was perfect, combine that with the excellent staff and it equals a top notch beginning to end experience.
