Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Green Valley Ranch

What a great find! We have heard about this place but only tonight had the pleasure of experiencing it. Simple, modern decor with exceptionally prepared food. Caprese Salad with heirloom tomatoes was one of the best I've had and the Marsala was on point. Even the spaghetti and meatballs was out of the ordinary. Our server Heather was there when we needed her and did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome and taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Delicious food, amazing cocktails, and relaxed, fun atmosphere! Servers are all very friendly. Was excited to meet Chef Elia from Top Chef, she was lovely and gracious. Will definitely be back!

Last night was our first visit to Craft Kitchen. We made a reservation, but it wasn't full, which was not surprising with the holidays, though it was steady business. We were nicely greeted and sat immediately. The atmosphere, the style of plates, the decor is eclectic yet soothing and unique. Our dishes came out hot, tasty and well plated. The menu has good choices from vegan to gluten free to proteins. Everything is a la carte. Though a tad pricey if you do soup to nuts, the price for the overall experience was well worth it! Dinner is only Thursday through Saturday, and we will definitely be back. Also, we now want to try their lunch/brunch/lunch meals, too!

We had a wonderful dinner tonight. We go to Hanks every year for our Christmas dinner. We are a party of 12. The prior year our dinner took 4hrs! This year things were much more efficient. The service was significantly better. All of the steaks except one were cooked perfectly. One was cooked well done instead of medium. The wait staff was happy to correct the situation. Over all the food was good, the desserts were delicious. Overall, Hanks has been consistent. Christmas is an extremely busy night for them to handle a large party. They did a great job.

We love coming here as part of our Christmas tradition. We go to the Ethel M Cactus garden to see the lights and then as part of our tradition we love coming to the Claim Jumper. We do not have one in Colorado anymore so its nice to come to the one in Henderson Nevada. The food and service were terrific.
