- BBentonvipDenver / Colorado •14 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis place is outstanding. Crowded but not overwhelming. Menu is limited, in a good way. The restaurant presents a number of simple and complex options, and everything tastes as fresh as can possibly be. We started with dressed oysters, then a kale salad - both dishes perfectly prepared. Then lobster pasta, and salmon, again extremely fresh. The complimentary table rolls are also nostalgically warm, buttery and seasoned with salt and garlic. I'd only been here for lunch, but definitely coming back for dinner soon!More infoQuality Italian- DenverPrice: Expensive• Italian• Cherry Creek•4.7

- LLawrencevipAnchorage / Alaska •33 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe live out of state and wanted to take my mom out to a great dinner while we were in Denver. We went there with high expectations based on the reviews and my wife being from northern Italy and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food. Our tajarin con conigelio was one if the highlights of the evening.More infoBarolo GrillPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Cherry Creek•4.8
- PPatriciaDenver / Colorado •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days ago801 Chophouse is to be experienced as an event! The service was impeccable (especially our waiter Glen), the food expertly prepared and the ambiance was relaxing. We started with the steamed mussels, which was a very generous portion in a garlic butter bath. Next, we had the wedge salad and the tomato onion salad which were both delicious. Our main courses included the prime rib and the petite filet. Again, both prepared to perfection. Sides included the asparagus and Maytag potatoes, which were sharables. Finally, we had the souffle for dessert. It was light, but flavorful. We will visit again for a special occasion. The prices are high - the meal described along with a couple of cocktails ran nearly $400. I recommend taking a look at the menu before you go so you won't be surprised. Definitely worth it for an anniversary or birthday. Beware some people bring their small children. You may get seated next to a family. Otherwise, worth a try!More info801 Chophouse - DenverPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown / LoDo•4.9
