Best Family Style Restaurants in Scotch Plains

My wife and I always go to Bonito’s because everything is just perfect. The food is at the service is outstanding staff is personable. The prices are reasonable for the food they serve.

Pedro was an excellent server! Food was incredible as always especially the calamari, meatballs, stuffed mushrooms and crab cakes and salmon!! Ice cream sandwich and cannoli bread pudding topped off an amazing birthday meal!! Oh and the bread is delicious too as well as the cocktails! This restaurant is over an hour away for us but we continue to return! Top notch!

This was my first experience at LouCas, and it left a lasting impression! One unique aspect of this restaurant is the ability to bring your own bottle, which added a personal and enjoyable touch to the evening. During my dinner with a customer, I tried the lobster ravioli, and it was exceptional. The ravioli was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked – truly one of the best I’ve had. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an excellent choice for both professional and personal gatherings. LouCas strikes a great balance between elegant dining and a relaxed environment. If you’re looking for a BYOB spot with fantastic seafood options, I highly recommend giving it a try.
