Carina Sorella is a casual neighborhood Italian restaurant with a focus on delicious and approachable food in a bright, vibrant atmosphere.     I had the best experience at this location. The service was excellent and my waiter was THE BEST!!!! He was very attentive, gave great conversation and his customer service/energy was unmatched! My food was perfect, I couldn’t have had a better experience!

    We have eaten at Carina Sorella multiple times since it’s opened and it has not disappointed! 6 of us shared the Spicy pizza, burrata, tuna crudoand meatballs to start. The kitchen also brought us out complimentary arancini which were delicious! The apps were fabulous and generously portioned(we definitely ordered too much!). For dinner we had the osso buco, chicken parm, pork Milanese, cacio de Pepe and the spicy crab pasta. All fantastic!

    The food is fantastic and extremely flavorful. The staff is very friendly and attentive but not overbearing. We had an issue with a gift Card and Jennie, The General Manager, was extremely understanding and helpful. She turned a very good experience into outstanding. Jennie is an Asset to Amada. Well done. We will be back many times
