Best Family Style Restaurants in Oakland Park

I love this location of Patrizia’s and it has been my 3rd time there. Pro: Food - fabulous; Staff :Friendly and attentive Atmosphere: nice and above average. Con: It was busy but we waited at the bar for a drink for almost 10 minutes, clearly there should have been another bartender on. The bartender was really doing the best he could. Also when booking, it asks if you are celebrating something, to which I answered yes, a birthday, thinking there would have been a candle in dessert , or something said, to which there wasn’t. While not a huge deal to me that it wasn’t acknowledged, it should not be asked when making the reservation. BUT -I will return!

I love this place. Walter the owner is one of the nicest chef/owner. Along with his amazing staff especially Miguel he went above and beyond.

We are a clearly visible lesbian and we were treated like any other couple and it was very reassuring and we felt safe and comfortable. We had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive and funny and even said we were a cute couple! I’ve been eating at Burlock Coast for a few years now with my family and now my partner and it’s always a positive experience.

Great ambiance and amazing service. Food was great and a lovely date night restaurant. Tiffany did an amazing job at recommending items on the menu and was very knowledgeable.
