- CCandyceSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 15, 2024Such a great restaurant. We were there early (long story), but were seated anyway. Monterey had just experienced a huge rainstorm and power outage (although Fisherman's Wharf seems to have gotten its power back sooner than the neighboring area). The servers and staff were unbothered and waitstaff was prompt, cordial, and friendly. Plus the food was great! you can't go wrong with seafood in Monterey. But this was a notch up.More infoDomenico's on the WharfPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Monterey•4.5
- XXinBaltimore / Maryland •5 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 1, 2024Great food, cute location, friendly server! Also had live music- a bonus since it was unplanned-for. Since we had a group of 4, we went for the "small" island basket, which was 3 entrees and 2 appetizers on a giant woven basket / platter. Very special experience (and SO much food :-) Only downside was that we'd originally made lunch reservations but the restaurant was clearly not open when we showed up (on time for the reservation itself; half an hour after the restaurant's opening time for the day). Ended up going in for dinner instead (hence the "unplanned" part of the live music). Would highly recommend, aside from the owner's opening-up glitch.More infoEdwin's Kaona CarmelPrice: Moderate• Asian• Carmel•4.2
