Best Family Style Restaurants in Hollywood

We sat at the mozzarella bar and had the most amazing meal. Our waiter was brilliant at her job! She's been there 10 years and is a total pro. She helped us decide on our mix of things to order and every dish was incredible. Also, our cocktails were so delicious. The smoothest martini I've ever had. My husband hand an old fashioned and said the same thing. It was a very special dining experience.

We were a little late due to traffic, but we were seated right away. Food prices were in line with the neighborhood. The beef tartar was a good appetizer, but we found the mushroom risotto to be a bit bland. I had the roasted chicken, which was good. My date had the wagyu steak, which was delicious. We tried the cobbler and bread pudding desserts. I preferred the bread pudding.

This is our favorite location by far. We come here at least once a month and more recently started coming pretty frequently for brunch. We have other locations that are much closer to us but the food and service at the Silverlake location is unmatched so we happily make the extra drive. No matter how big or small our party is they have been more than accommodating to our needs. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, hallmark holidays and even had our club gatherings here. Any time we have friends visiting from out of state or country we bring them here too. The food is always exceptional & affordable by LA standards. You will definitely get the most bang for your buck here and the best part is not only will you have full from the amazing food but your friends will be impressed and it sets the bar high! Highly recommend the bottomless drinks for both brunch and dinner.

Lovely night. Service was fabulous. Food was terrific. Lots of complex tastes and prep. They never make things "normally." Special. If you want a quiet experience, make sure to ask for the back dining room. Upstairs would probably be quiet too. Louder and livelier in the front room.

Overall very welcoming, food was good. We had a great time.
