Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman.     Excellent food. Service was friendly & polite but forgot a few items. ie. parma cheese at an italian restaurant?? Isn’t that offered at most Italian restaurants? . I asked for parmesan the moment our dinners arrived, and asked for the side of Alfredo which I ordered when placing my dinner order. Neither arrived until the 4 of us were about half way done w our meals.

    I had a fantastic time at The H Orlando! The food was exceptional. Each dish was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The service was friendly and efficient, with the staff making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was the perfect mix of stylish and welcoming, creating a great vibe for a relaxed yet upscale dining experience. I highly recommend The H Orlando for anyone looking for quality food and a great night out!

    This was a first visit, but there will be many more. Knife and Spoon restaurant really deserves to regain its Michelin star. Amazing service, superb cuisine, very good ambiance. The Australian Wagyu filet is worth the premium, and the kimchi spinach as well as the macaroni and cheese provide an excellent accompaniment. The innovative Caesar Salad was delightful, and you should save room for the dessert soufflé.
