Best Family Style Restaurants in Clark

Food was excellent! We were skeptical of the new menu but not disappointed. Still the same deliciousness

Our third visit, and we live about a half hour away. Even though there are plenty of Italian restaurants near us, Del Porto is something special. The food is so good, the portions are generous and there are always lots of interesting specials, making it very difficult to choose! We had zucchini chips, paper-thin and crispy, a wedge salad with a Caesar style dressing, eggplant lasagne and short rib ragu, and were quite happy with all of it. Our server, Justin, was great - so attentive without being obtrusive. The only disappointment was, we saw a favorite bottle of wine on the list but they were out of it. No matter; made another selection and thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Great menu, great selection and great quality. Two in the party had the evening special and two ordered off the menu. No one was disappointed. Both presentation and quality was top notch. Desserts were also over the top (especially, the Italian Cheesecake). Price for the quality was reasonable but if there is one thing they should work on is to add a few more reasonably priced wines to the wine list. Most wines were well over $100 per bottle. Restaurant was a bit loud once the tables started to fill but not obnoxious.

Perfect evening! The New Zealand version was delicious and perfectly cooked. Outstanding! The carpaccio was excellent. The service, as always, was outstanding. The servers are all quite knowledgeable and most friendly. The Fiancetto Cabernet from Napa went perfectly. Thank you!

This was our first experience at this restaurant, Lagar, and we will make it one of our regulars. We were warmly welcomed on a quiet Tuesday night. Our waiter John was personable and attentive. The food was delicious. We will be back soon, thank you very much!
