Chaplin's Restaurant & Bar is a 1930's style Japanese Ramen House and cocktail bar. Chaplin's Executive Chef and Partner, Myo Htun, is originally from Burma, but was cooking ramen in Japan at a young age. Myo received a blessing from his mentor in Japan after nearly 30 years of cooking in Japan, to come to America and continue to showcase his authentic Ramen and traditional Japanese cuisine. I arrived early and enjoyed a drink at the bar. It was delicious. When we sat down for dinner we did the Chefs 3 course seasonal menu and we were dazzled by what we ate. Everything was plated beautifully, had amazing flavor and details were through through. It was an amazing experience and one we hope to continue in the future. It is based inside the Darcy hotel and was easy to find. Thanks for giving us a great date night experience!

Every aspect of our dinner was remarkable. The food and drink were superb. The Staff is lead by a Team, including Tiffany, who go out of their way to make you feel important to them. Their service is impeccable. Every detail including even the lamp on the table sang of being thoughtfully chosen. You won’t be disappointed if you make the trip to The Line Hotel's No GodByes restaurant.
