It follows in the footsteps of Farmshop Los Angeles, the acclaimed restaurant and artisan market that opened in the Brentwood Country Mart in 2010.     We ordered the french onion soup, mussels and lamb burger all of which were excellent. The soup was hot and had a generous cheese toping. The burger was cooked perfectly (medium) and was well seasoned accompanied by cripy za'atar fries. However for dessert we had the pistachio creme brulee which was a disappointing. It was small for the price and not very sweet or creamy. Service was excellent even when it had gotten busy.

    We very much enjoyed our weekday lunch here. Notably personable service and delicious entrees. I had a very generous serving of chilaquiles with chicken topped by 2 eggs which the kitchen did over hard - and perfectly - at my request. The sauce was super tasty, very authentic. Best I’ve had outside of Mexico. My friend had the pozole, it too was generous and well-seasoned. Water and iced tea due to lunchtime but would definitely love to come back at dinner and try one of their margaritas. Looking forward to returning soon!
