Excellent food and service. The beef suet pudding was divine! The staff so lovely and attentive. We will be back.

I’m so glad we were able to get a table for lunch with friends on my birthday. Couldn’t believe how beautiful the Fire Barn was all decorated for Xmas! Wonderful food, really lovely staff, and best of all - Dan Merriman, MasterChef Professionals champion this year came out to chat with us - what a privilege to meet this amazing chef and great gentleman.

We are a family of four, including two boisterous children. The gentleman who served us absolutely “got the memo” that I needed to discreetly pick the most suitable table to ensure we didn’t disrupt other diners. He was excellent and understanding the boys’ need to be away from other customers and brought us kids menus. The menus seem “slim pickings” but we felt like we had a good selection for our picky kids and us being pescatarian. The cocktail menu was great and we enjoy a few of those. The kids had good sized portions or burger and chicken “nugget” and thick cut chips. We had a selection of veggie sharing plates. All of the food was so incredibly tasty and we felt really full despite the portion sizes looking quite small on arrival. We’d definitely like to return to have more of the menu. We’d just have appreciated a faster service because the kids were getting restless waiting for their puddings. Other than that, this is a very easy place to recommend to others!

Lovely venue, friendly staff, background music little loud.

This was the most amazing food in a perfect venue. They really have transformed this building into the most amazing restaurant. The service is some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We had some brilliant recommendations on food and wine and I can’t thank the team enough for a wonderful evening.
