The Red Cow is a very nice pub to visit. They always have a good choice of beer and wines. On the other hand food is either very good or mediocre. Today's Share of aubergine was a disappointment. The Fish and Chips were not what we expected. On other occasions food has been excellent. But today was not the best day for the Red Cow.

I love this place! The ambient setting with happy customers, the friendly team who are so professional and the freshness of the food that is amply portioned and beautifully presented. We booked a table for Sunday, unfortunately the new owners hadn’t been in long so their booking system was down and didn’t show our booking. It was ok, as they had tables spare but sadly no Sunday menu - only a limited one. Was disappointed but the food was still absolutely lovely, really good quality but portion sizes could have been bigger for the price. That being said, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The ambiance was lovely and the overall experience was good and we will definitely return when they have established their full menu!
