We sat at the counter and really enjoyed chatting with the chef throughout our meal. It felt like we were hanging out at his house, eating at the kitchen island while he cooked. The chef recommended the camote asado, callo de hacha al horno, enmoladas de pollo, and the taco de suadero. Our favorite bites were the enmoladas de pollo and the taco de suadero. The tortillas and sauces are so good! We also had the birria de borrego which was really good but not quite worth the price compared to the other dishes we enjoyed.

My top dish this time was the sweet mashed potatoes paired with tender, flavorful beef cheek—a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. Their creative cocktails are a standout too, complementing the meal perfectly. We’ve already made a reservation for spring and are excited to see what the new menu has in store!

First brunch at Linger. Enjoyed Dinner several times over past 3 years. Food is always outstanding. Unable to get consistent table service here. Friendly staff, so maybe training or turnover? We’ll be back.

This might just be my favorite restaurant in Denver. The basement is one of the coolest spots we have ever dined—such a cool vibe. The pasta is out of this world, the wine selection is fantastic, and the service is top notch. Can’t say enough good things!
