STK Lobster Linguine is by far the most elegant, flavorful pasta dish I ever had. Fantastic. My fiancee had the beef rib, and her comment was she didn't remember chewing as every bite just melted in her mouth. The atmosphere was perfect, the music was hip and relevant. Every one was outstanding: oysters, escargot, sea bass, duck confit, hanger steak, creme brûlée. Steak frites with hanger steak and Bearnaise sauce was cooked to perfection medium-rare. Duck confit with melted leeks and banyuls jus was terrific, and I make duck confit regularly. The restaurant has to be one of the most beautiful in the city with high-ceilings and decor that makes you feel you are in Paris. Service was as good as the food.
