There are a few restaurants that surpass that bar and we have found another one. The farm-table dining was a nice experience. We enjoyed the very delicious beef nachos. All the shared appetizers looked wonderful. We went in to also enjoy the Utah Trout and the smoked meatloaf. Both were quite good. The house made prickly-pear lemonade was very tasty as was the house made ice cream. We are locals, so the 15 min drive down the well maintained dirt road to get to the restaurant was fine. We enjoyed it. They were a touch understaffed for the number of people dining, but JT and Titus were great.More infoBlack SagePrice: Very Expensive• American• Virgin•4.8

The biscuits and house bread are SO good. Beet salad and potato cake also highly recommended. Shrimp and grits were really well done.More infoWood Ash RyePrice: Expensive• American• St. George•4.5

- WWedheadVIPLas Vegas •23 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 13, 2024Simply, the best. The restaurant is manned by the chef/ owner and one female waitress and they provide exceptional food and service. The menu is a bit of an issue because the courses aren’t delineated. Basically you are offered de a 4 or 5 course meal, consisting of your choice in salad and your choice in entrees and desserts. Then the chef offers you the specials which are the 4th or 5th course and, like all the other food, are homemade every day. As the chef is Italian, the cuisine is rooted in Italy. We started with Burrata Caprese. We’ve never tasted better! The buffala mozzarella was fresh and the tomatoes were delicious. Chef serves the tomatoes with a garlic and basil salad and the balsamic vinegar drizzle was straight out of Tuscany. Next came a delicious Caesar salad, followed by ravioli filled with lobster that I could have sworn was fresh from the water! Then pop I had a rack of lamb which the chef shows prior to cooking to illustrate the quality. The meat and fish are the best cuts available and PERFECTLY cooked with a crust that is to die for. We’ve truly never had better! Dessert was a molten hocolate lava cake and a creme brulee that were exquisite. The food is perfect, the chef and waitress are friendly and prompt and the ambience is classically upscale Italian. There’s a LOT of food, all of it made by the chef that day. There’s restaurant is expensive and WORTH EVERY PENNY AND CALORIE!!!!!!More infoArrabiata Steakhouse RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• St. George•4.8
