We loved The Shambles from the minute we walked in and now we continue the heritage of what was created before us. On the food side: high quality steaks, cut in house.     We were looking for a cozy place to eat on a rainy Seattle evening and Single Shot did not disappoint. The food was excellent. Craft cocktails were well balanced. Service was also on point. We noticed several regulars rolling in throughout our dining experience, all who were greeted warmly from the team at Single Shot. Always a good sign!! We will definitely be back!

    There were 8 of us seated after the Nutcracker. We had our choice of the dining room or the bar. We chose a high topper in the bar. To put it simply service was excellent from the minute we were greeted at the door to taking our leave. The food was exceptional with a large and varied menu that provided everyone with what they wanted. Ordering came down to trying for as wide a selection as possible which was easy. My food recommendation - get anything that looks interesting to you. We will definitely come back to enjoy again.

    Really enjoyed the food and ambience at Spinasse. There were good options on the menu for a vegetarian family. Our waiter, Heather was awesome and very knowledgeable about vegetarian choices and helped make the right choices. A little bit disappointed that 2 desserts on the menu contain pork gelatin, but there were 3 other desserts to choose from. Again, Heather was awesome in steering us in the right direction. Overall a great experience for a special family dinner!
