The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. Joseph truly gave the full experience at 401 Prime. He went through drinks, apps, entrees, and desserts with such detail you will want to order everything off of the menu. He has a great sense of humor but doesn’t go over the top with it. He had great recommendations and was able to explain ingredients like he was the one who prepared the dishes. The host and hostess were great. We had a reservation and were sat promptly.

Everything about our dinner at the Blevedere was excellent. We had a birthday, which they acknowledged with a note on our table. The Xmas decorations were lovely. Our waitress's service was outstanding. The food served was of the highest quality (steaks and braised beef). We will definitely eat her again. Thank you tot he staff for making our visit so enjoyable.
