- GGailVIPWisconsin •15 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoEverything we ordered was delicious. Service was excellent. Enjoyed a drink at the bar before dinner. Four of us shared a 46punce Porterhouse, duck fried rice and Brussel spouts. Plenty of good. Had 2 apps first Finished the meal with Rainbow cake. Only complaint was how fast the cake was whisked away and boxed as if they were ready to turn our tableMore infoNick & Sam's SteakhousePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Uptown•4.6
- RRosieVIPHouston •19 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoKitchen & Kocktails is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Dallas. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was electric—stylish, vibrant, and welcoming. If you’re looking for an upscale, soulful dining experience with top-notch service, Kitchen & Kocktails is the place to go. A huge thank you to Milli for making our Cousin Brunch so special—5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️More infoKitchen + Kocktails by Kevin Kelley - DallasPrice: Moderate• Southern• Downtown•4.5
- MMarkDallas - Fort Worth •53 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe eat here two to three times a year. Last night was probably the best food we’ve had in the last five years. The bottle of Moet was great. Opening the evening was a plate of four pastries (gougyure?) filled with salmon mousse and caviar. We followed with a Farmer’s Green Salad. My wife had catch of the day. Me? Fried quail. There was not a hiccup with any of these entrees - all were excellent. The desserts - chocolate mousse and an apple tart with ice cream The chef’s gift to the table was a pumpkin soup with coconut milk. I wished that they would make this a regular menu item. One slight flaw. The recipe for the famous Dean Fearing tortilla soup seems to have changed. All in all - an excellent evening. IF. If I could change one thing? Hire a carpenter. Put in a vestibule ahead of the outside entry door. it was cold outside last night, and the drafts that passed through the restaurant are quite cold. All in all - the $$ were well spent.More infoThe Mansion Restaurant at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle CreekPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Turtle Creek / Oak Lawn•4.6
- DDavidVIPDallas - Fort Worth •25 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe have decided to make The Mexican our go-to for our Christmas celebration with one of our best friends from now on. We started at the bar for a cocktail before we were seated in the beautiful main dining room. Our server, Josa (sp?) was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. He pointed out the customer favorites for all parts of the menu. We started with ceviche and queso fundido for our starters, and we had the trio of enchiladas, the ribeye steak, and tacos for the main. We wanted to share everything and Josa did the honors of separating the starters and the mains onto three dishes. As we were finishing our first course, a tequila sommelier came to our table who gave us a mini course on the correct way to taste tequila. Free, interesting, and fun! We finished with the Quatro Leche cake for dessert which was delicious. All in all, one of the best dining experiences for me in the last three years. It’s not cheap, however. All in, dinner and cocktails were north of $700 for the three of us. But, we said we’d definitely do it again. Thanks all for a memorable evening!More infoThe MexicanPrice: Very Expensive• Mexican• Design District•4.7
