    We have been coming to Brutto for years, and it has always been fantastic. Yummy cocktails and delicious food go hand in hand with the attentive servers and upbeat atmosphere. They have great shareable plates and the freshest sushi. We highly recommend Brutto - Aruba and are looking forward to our next visit.

    In short We celebrated our 46th Wedding Anniversary with a dinner at Hyatt. And it was great! The waiters were very Friendly and helpful including the communication was 5 stars worth. Will surely repeat Especially for the complimentary anniversary Cake!!! Please consider put this cake on the Menu as dessert? PLEAZE?? :-) Hope to come back when Ruinas del Mar is open again... See you then!!! Btw keep us posted on the reopening. Abrazos also to the Waiters Croes, the Waiter from Cali, Colombia and The waiter from the Philippines.     Chef's Dinner was one of the highlights of our Aruba trip! Fun interacting with the chef and his assistant. Wine pairing was excellent. The amount of food was perfect for our group. (Similar dinners often serve too much food leaving you uncomfortable by the last course). Highly recommend!
