- DDanielWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had a great experience from start to finish! The wines by the glass (sparkling white and red Bordeaux) were delicious. The French onion soup had a flavorful broth and more cheese than I’ve ever seen (no complaints). The lobster bisque ranks right up there when compared to another top rated French restaurant in the DMV. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the accompanying Bordelaise sauce accented it perfectly. We didn’t have room for dessert but ordered it anyway, profiteroles and chocolate mousse. Yum!! The service was attentive, with no mistakes and the ambience on the upper level enhanced the dining experience. The noise level was okay, and I’m glad it wasn’t any louder. The price points were reasonable, given the quality, and there are less expensive menu options. This was our first visit to this restaurant but we will be back!More infoLa Grande Boucherie - DCPrice: Very Expensive• French• Washington•4.3

- MMichaelVIPNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food is authentic and wonderful. I know home-cooked Italian food firsthand and that's what this is. The La Famiglia with "Sunday Sauce" is the epitome that f this. Be warned this way too much for one person. Order one and share it. That also makes the $44 sticker shock much more reasonable.
