- RRuthSan Antonio •9 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoFood was excellent. Prepared exactly as I ordered. Service staff were attentive and on top of our needs without being asked. Food was hot and tasty. This location is our favorite as it is always consistent!! The whole staff from hostesses, assistants, wait staff & of course the chef and their assistants deserve a big thanks for treating us like family and working on a holiday !!More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - La CanteraPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• La Cantera•4.9
- MMarioSan Antonio •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThis was a treat for my Dad, it was just the two of us growing up and we always went to a fancy hotel for Thanksgiving Brunch. It has been decades since we have done this and let me tell you there was nothing disappointing about our experience. The food was amazing the staff were very cheerful and genuinely happy to be away from their families serving our meal. My Dad was so excited which doesn’t happen much anymore. Afterwards I was looking at some photos we took and read the menu omg there was so much I didn’t get to try ! Not that I had room for anything more ! Thank you all for such great memoriesMore infoSweetfire Kitchen - La Cantera Resort and SpaPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• La Cantera•4.7
- RRichellevipVirginia •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoThis is our third visit to Tardiff’s and each time exceeds the previous. Last night our scallops, duck and filet were amazing. My family visiting us from the Midwest indicated that it exceeded what they had in Chicago. The chef came out and spoke with everyone which was truly special. Our waiter/maitre d was almost clairvoyant in knowing what we wanted or needed. He was super busy but we never felt rushed or uncared for at the highest quality of service! We feel so incredibly welcomed each time we come. Will be back soon!More infoTardif's American BrasseriePrice: Very Expensive• French• Leon Springs•4.8
- SSteveSan Antonio •2 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoThe food was exceptional, and the bartender demonstrated impressive skill in crafting two outstanding drinks. However, the service was slower than expected, and our waiter did not seem as attentive to our needs as we would have hoped. There were extended delays between courses, and we found ourselves without water midway through the meal. Additionally, my coffee arrived after we had already finished dessert, which was a bit of a disappointment. I noticed the waiter walked by us several times without acknowledging our attempts to get his attention. While the restaurant was not particularly busy, it appeared that some staff members were more engaged in conversation with one another rather than focusing on customer service. I made an effort to look for a manager to address these concerns, but unfortunately, I did not see anyone managing the floor. Ideally, a manager should be readily visible and accessible during peak dining times. Having worked in the food service industry for many years, I may be more attuned to these issues than the average customer. Nonetheless, I believe these are areas that management could enhance for an improved dining experience. I look forward to returning based on the quality of the food and drinks, but I hope to see some improvements in the service during my next visit.More infoPiatti Restaurant - San Antonio, EilanPrice: Moderate• Italian• La Cantera•4.4
