Best Cozy Restaurants in NW Dallas / Love Field Area

The restaurant was great but the management need to hire more waitstaff. One guy was literally taking care of half the restaurant. Came once for drink and app order, brought drinks but no water, then we had to hail someone down to get water. App was dropped off by food runner - who we had to ask for plates and then he came back to take food order. It seems every time we needed something we had to either wait to hail someone other person down! Service is a problem due to short staffed situation

The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. Always a special experience at Pappas Bros. Attentive bar tenders while enjoying drinks before dinner, an extensive wine list, a wide variety of appetizer choices, delicious dry aged steaks and enormous deserts. What makes it even better is the service form one of the best waiters around, Scott Kline. Be sure to ask for Scott when you dine at Pappas Bros. You won't be disappointed.
