- JJaimeVIPSan Diego •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe absolutely love the ambiance here! The design and layout of the entire place is beautiful and spacious. I feel like they need a couple more fire pits outside so stay warm by. Its nice to arrive early and have a cocktail from the market around the fires. Grab some farm fresh items and freshly baked treats, sweet little market. The Haven restaurant upstairs is very nice and the service is top notch. The food is most certainly farm fresh and prepared wonderfully. We loved the prawns and hummus apps. I would say the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the meat both times I've been here. The short ribs were dry and a bit gamey because its grass fed, carrot finished beef. And the pork belly was tough and chewy, not sure why on that one. I prefer both to be bit more tender and juicy. The wine list here is also fairly eclectic, perhaps a few more known wines could be added. Other than that we enjoy this place very much and will be back to try more dinners!More infoHavenPrice: Expensive• Californian• Encinitas•4.3
- FFernandoSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoFrom start to finish, we walked in , got our table right away. Our server Nick was supper helpful in introducing us to the new dishes and was prompt with drinks. We did get there around 6pm so the dinner rush was just about to get going, are we were still well taken care of. The food was very good and locally sourced dished were DLISH! Well Done Nick!More infoHerb & SeaPrice: Moderate• Californian• Encinitas•4.5

- MMVIPLos Angeles •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoBeautiful inside!! Service was attentive and friendly from the hostess to the server to the bus staff. Some of the more popular dishes were sold out. We ordered: Drinks: 1 N 4$17.00 3 N 3$51.00 1 N 2$17.00 1 Titos$15.00 Rocks$2.00 3 Titos$45.00 Dirty$3.00 Martini 1 Titos$15.00 Food: 2 Tuna Sashimi$44.00 2 Mei Goreng$34.00 1 Wagyu Skewer$18.00 Service Charge (4.00%)$10.44 Plus the lobster buns which they forgot about so they were nice enough to comp it and eventually serve. We loved the food but the portions are very small. And I'm wondering if we got charged for an extra drink we didn't order/receive now that I'm looking at the receipt... Also, it's a little annoying they charged $2 more for ice with the vodka drink and an extra $3 to make it a dirty martini. The music was great and upbeat. The dance floor was open around 10pm (Friday night). Crowd: around 9:30-ish, the crowd got much younger. A flood of early 20 year olds took over the place but they seemed well mannered and dressed nice. If they want the repeat dinner crowd, they should rethink portion sizes because the 20 year olds won't be spending that kind of money for small portions and the other patrons that are able and willing to spend can eat better elsewhere for the same price. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and super glad we tried it.More infoSAGOPrice: Expensive• Asian• Encinitas•4.3
