Best Cozy Restaurants in Canoga Park

The decor and vibes were on point at this larsens location! Karen was our server and she was fantastic, she gave us such amazing recommendations and made sure that we didn't over over order (we always over order so that was nice) she recommended the ahi Tatar which was phenomenal the avocado and tuna went so well with the ponzu sauce! We each got our own steaks and shared a bunch of sides and everything was amazing! William was also helping take care of us and he was amazing! William really made our experience wonderful! He made sure that we did not pour our own water and made us feel like royalty! Thank you Karen and William for making us feel like family!!!

I recently discovered a new gem in Woodland Hills: an authentic French bistro. The food and service are excellent. We started with the baguette and butter, and it was so good that we ordered a second serving.d was solid, and the onion soup was also impressive. The chicken was cooked perfectly—juicy with crispy skin. I will definitely be going back!

First time here and we were very impressed by the curb appeal for starters. We had an early dinner reservation and we were seated immediately, indoors as requested, although there is a cozy heated outdoor space as well. Our server Cali was friendly, attentive and offered great suggestions to enhance the experience. We started with a Pink Skies and Free Bird cocktail, which were not only delicious but also very pretty. Our meal was, oysters, beets and burrata salad, you have to try the house made focaccia bread, which was the best focaccia I’ve ever had. For the main course, tagliatelle and Petaluma chicken. Dessert was a chocolate mousse with passion fruit purée. Service, ambience, food, cocktails I give a 10 out of 10. Delicious. Would recommend, would return.

We went on Christmas, needless to say they were very busy. Even with that said, the service was great and so was the food. The price point was within reason considering the local competition. However, the portion sizes were on the smaller side. The Bar menu was large and the drinks were good. Will definitely visit again. I like that it is smaller and more intimate than the neighboring Ruth Chris - it was also cleaner.

Being in from Boston for a quick holiday trip, we were pleased this place was open on a Monday for lunch. Valet parking, quick & polite for under $10. Hostess quickly seated our party of 3 in a covered, sunken garden terrace type dining room . Comfy seating but the youngish crowd was pretty noisy. We are older but I didn’t feel over dressed in my black blazer. The room and the attractive crowd would have been a good setting for a Jeff Lewis or Housewives episode. I got an Amalfi Blue ($16) good, tasting, fizzy lunch cocktail that didn’t leave me pulverized. Casa Lena Burger($18) was delicious. My wife got the Ahi Tuna Sandwich ($24) Looked like big portions, and our guest had the Steak sandwich, also big & she brought half home in the restaurant’s distinctive take out bag. Panettone (it’s Christmas time) and Passion fruit sorbet. Perfectly prepared . The attentive service people were professional and striking looking.
