- BBrandonChicago / Illinois •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe service was great. Our waiter gave us great recommendations for our first time being there. The service was great. Everyone was very attentive. Cocktails were perfect in our opinion. Not too boozy just right. Food was great. Have to try the spinach raviolis. We are coming here again the future.More infoLa Barrita RestobarPrice: Expensive• Argentinean• Upper Fells Point•4.9
- MMikeBaltimore / Maryland •35 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoValentine dinner, food was great, wine pairings were extremely well matched. Our server was personable and fun to interact with. Entree was a small steak and a crab cake, no one can beat John Shields when it comes to crabs. Even the sides of roast fingerling potatoes and green beans were outstanding. All in all, an extremely pleasant evening,More infoGertrude's - BaltimorePrice: Moderate• American• Charles Village•4.6
- SShawanaBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWent here for valentines day it was packed through the roof but I had reservations so that did not apply to me. It was a solid 8 only because we kept getting the same meat choices we even ask a server cam you send some over our way we were tucked off in the back by the bar they kept offering steak not so much chicken I got offered 1 chicken the whole time I was there we really wanted the sausage but they kept saying someone was coming over with it but nope. Our waiter forgot about us I guess so we waited a good 20 min or more before some one handed us water and silverware no napkins though. The market food bar was a 3 not much option to chose from. Wish we didn't have to park so far just to get there. The passion drink can't think of the real name was soooooo good not the strawberry one was not so much they were price at 10.00 on the top of the page. I would have to come back and experience it again because of the option of meat that we did not get to eat 64 a person and was only offered steak and 1 option of chicken is crazy work but I get it it was valentines day but still.no one hardly came to back bar areaMore infoFogo de Chao - TowsonPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Towson•4.1
- AAndrewBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI’ve been to verde many times and had a great experience. Went with my partner on Valentine’s Day and had a bad experience with the service, although the food was great as always. My partner and I were seated at a small table by the front door, which I think led to our waitress to forget about us multiple times. Our whole stay was 2.5 hours, way longer than it should have been. The Valentine’s Day menu was a 3-course meal with a limited pizza selection on the back. I asked the waitress to see the full menu to select a pizza from the main menu for my 3 course meal (Which, by the way, the Valentine’s Day menu said you could do!) and the waitress declined with an obnoxious “NO” in a very rude fashion, which was very off-putting. I will be at verde again in the future as it’s a great pizza spot, but never again on a major holiday like Valentine’s Day.More infoVerdePrice: Expensive• Pizza Bar• Canton•4.7
- PPBaltimore / Maryland •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe are repeat visitors to True Chesapeake, their oysters are incredible. But this meal was our best yet. Our server was excellent, very professional and efficient. Drinks and food items were delicious, and well-paced. We never felt rushed or delayed. An unexpected touch was a table side visit from the owner who stopped by to check on our experience. When he learned that our visit had special meaning for us (41st anniversary of our engagement), he learned what we liked and brought us a bourbon tasting! As we were just ordinary customers, this personal touch that made our great experience extraordinary. Why patronize a chain restaurant or establishment where you are just a number when you can have a great meal and also feel as though you truly matter? TC, please keep up the good work - you are a local gem!More infoTrue ChesapeakePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Hampden•4.7
