I highly recommend the Heart of the Dragon. My entree was the Char Sui fried rice and it was HUGE. Definitely enough for 2. I have eaten 3 times and looks like I haven’t touched it. There are slices of pork on top and lots of smaller pieces mixed in. The decor is a little quirky but the place is cozy and has separate spaces for more intimate dining. Nice little hidden gem in the land of wings, burgers and steaks. I will be back to try more of the dishes. - EEmilieDallas - Fort Worth •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoCarson’s Kitchen, Las Vegas – A Must-Visit Culinary Gem! We had an incredible lunch experience at Carson’s Kitchen in Las Vegas. There were four of us, and we made a reservation for Friday lunch. While it wasn’t entirely necessary as we were the first ones there, it quickly became clear why reservations are a good idea—the dining room is intimate, and watching the open kitchen in action added a unique charm to the experience. We started with a few appetizers, and they set the tone for an unforgettable meal. The crispy chicken skins were a revelation, melting in your mouth with every bite. The bacon jam Havarti is a must-have—rich, flavorful, and unlike anything else we’ve tried. But the standout surprise? The hotdog burnt ends, which were shockingly delicious and an unexpected favorite. For our entrees, we each ordered something different but found ourselves wishing we had shared, given how generous and flavorful the appetizers were. The chicken thighs were tender and juicy, the pot roast dip was unanimously declared a table favorite, the steelhead trout had perfectly crispy skin that was pure perfection, and the short rib steak was rich and satisfying. Carson’s Kitchen nails the balance between approachable comfort food and elevated dining. The flavors were bold, the portions satisfying, and the atmosphere cozy yet vibrant. If you’re in Las Vegas, make this spot a priority—and definitely consider sharing so you can try as much of the menu as possible! We’ll absolutely be back.More infoCarson Kitchen- Las VegasPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.7
- GGaryLas Vegas •1 review5.0Dined on Dec 17, 2024We were greeted by the location manager whom had a delightful, energetic spirit that introduced us to his entire team, welcomed us to Vegas and checked on us personally throughout the evening. This establishment would get 10 Stars if that rating was possible! Our birthday outing was one of the highlights of our Bithdaycation and we’d definitely recommend their food and hospital it’s anytime.More infoTailgate Social Las Vegas - Palace StationPrice: Moderate• Comfort Food• Palace Station•4.6
- GGinaBrighton •6 reviews5.0Dined on Jan 2, 2020I came here yesterday for breakfast with my mum and brother for our mums 60th. The food was delicious and the service was great! Everyone that attended our table wished our Mum happy Birthday which I thought was a nice touch as I hadn’t reminded anyone since booking several months ago. Would definitely recommend visiting for breakfast, good choice of dishes, I had the pancakes whilst my Mum and brother had eggs Benedict and three way eggs which were all very tasty!More infoJardin – Encore at Wynn Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Wynn Las Vegas and Encore•4.5
