Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Palatine

Molly took great care of us as we celebrated our friend’s birthday. It was his first visit to L.Woods and he loved the supper club atmosphere. Three of us ordered the delicious Sunday Special, buttermilk fried chicken! The desserts we tasty too. Another delightful dining experience in Lincolnwood.

My goodness was that good. Traditional dishes were perfect. More unique dishes were exquisite. The only knock was that the Caesar salad was only average at best. Everything else was absolutely top notch.

So I’ll be honest - I didn’t pick the best food for me - but objectively the food was good. The service was next level. The server - without prompting swapped out with another appetizer and comped part of a dish since I wasn’t going to eat the shrimp. Service was top notch!

Best restaurant hands down! No wonder it won the title of best neighborhood gem. Everything about the place is great.... food... atmosphere... staff. Wonderful way to spend the day!
