Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Bellingham

Our first visit to Homer Street was exceptional!!! We did the Full Monty dinner which gave us the opportunity to try a little bit of everything. It all tasted phenomenal! Our favourite was the brisket! The nice touch was the bottle of hot sauce to take home! Can’t wait to visit when we are in town again.

We've dined at Estelle several times and the food continues to be excellent. Our 6 person table sampled all of the entrees, two of the salads and two of the sides. Everyone like everything! Cocktails are also excellent and the ambiance is warm and sophisticated. The only reason Estelle doesn't get 5 stars is because I'm a wine lover and their wine list is too limited and not as good as their food.

Appetizers are always great. Entrees are often interesting but sometimes miss the mark. Ambience is nice, and having fire pits is a cozy touch. Service is sooooo slow, though. Don’t come here in a hurry. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not - you will wait to get a menu, to order, to pay, to get a to go box, to get refills… it’s every time - otherwise, I’d give it a 5.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. We had a great evening at the Admiralty. Thank you!

The food was good. I would recommend the scallops And the salmon dip. Only problems with food were that the smaller pieces of bread that came with the salmon dip would break having had to much dip on it and the lemon was VERY sour, the most sour lemon I have ever had. But otherwise both of us loved our food and the waitress was great even though the kitchen was a little loud. If anyone we know comes to Bellingham we will recommend this place to them and come back if we can!
