The Four Seasons, which was the first restaurant in Staffordshire to attain 3 rosettes in 2015, champions first class produce from specialist suppliers backed by sustainable and humane farming methods. Great use is made of the abundance of vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in our own Victorian walled garden and estate-reared venison and rare-breed lamb features on the menu from time to time. Tasting and Vegetarian Tasting menus are offered alongside a Prix Fixe a la carte selection Tuesday to Saturday, whilst on Sundays there is a traditional Sunday lunch menu. A "4 for £40" tasting menu is available Wednesday and Thursday evenings as well as Friday and Saturday lunchtimes. To celebrate our re-opening post lockdown, restaurant diners can enjoy 50% off our flexible bedroom rate every Friday night up until the end of November.
