Inspired by bold designs of the Roarin 20’s and Art Deco 30’s, Chase Club at the historic Chase Park Plaza Hotel invokes the original spirit of times past. As Prohibition ended, the pendulum swung back to indulging & entertainment (Live Music, Great Food and Free Flowing Alcohol). Influenced by the Speakeasys and extravagant style of a bygone era, the concept for Chase Club was born. Chase Club features a well crafted gastro-pub menu, a huge bar, a dining area with large adjoining patio overlooking the Chase Park Plaza pool, and even a outdoor fireplace with seating area to keep you toasty on chilly nights. Big screen TVs and plush seating provide the perfect lounging atmosphere for an afternoon or evening of sports. Good service, pretty views, fast food (but not too fast) and delicious. We got the classic beef Wellington, veal chop, potatoes, the ribs as an appetizer, and a special dessert they had for Valentine’s Day. It was quiet but not so quiet you could hear a pen drop like some nicer restaurant; which we enjoyed. Also enjoyed having the parking lot or valet option, either way easy to access for a nice restaurant in the city.

If I could give more stars, I would. The space was decorated gloriously for Valentine’s Day. Joe’s wait service was efficient and well-paced. Food and wine was fabulous as usual! We had a wonderful V-Day with so much value added at Edera!

Excellent dinner. Ordered the Halibut. I would not order the poached pear salad again though. It had no flavor and pecans were burnt. The halibut made up for the interesting poached pear salad. My husband had the spicy shrimp pasta special. He said it was great, bursting with flavor except they left the tails on shrimp. He had to pick through and take tails off with every bite that included shrimp.
