Great food, friendly service and welcoming atmosphere. The valet was the most polite young man!

I ordered the beef short rib, and my wife ordered a kale salad and salmon. The beef short rib with fingerling potatoes and carrots was delicious. The potatoes and carrots were cooked perfectly - with just enough crispness. The short rib and sauce were also delicious. My wife's kale salad was crisp and fresh and tasted great. The first try at the salmon was undercooked. She returned it and when it came back it was perfect as was the rest of the meal. Service was very good.

As always it never ceases to amaze me how consistently great everything is. From the staff to the food and especially the manager. It’s always a pleasure interacting with him. We are from Omaha Nebraska so every time we have people in town we bring them here. The view is just amazing we’ve visited every season so as we do prefer the fall when the leaves change anytime of the year is great.

Everything was great, food, service, and overall vibe was upbeat. The only downside (very slight) was that the hostess seemed confused that we had a reservation! I even received a call during our meal asking if we were going to attend our reservation! We celebrated my husband's birthday and Mavis house didn't disappoint!

Nice selection of offerings at various price levels. Our dinner (Salmon) was prepared perfectly and served on a wooden plank with tasty vegetables. Our server was attentive, visited the table 3 times, and was always helpful. This was my wife's birthday dinner and she was very pleased. We received a Key Lime pie gratis as a birthday gift. All in all, excellent food well prepared and presented and an excellent experience.
