We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program. Our bar program largely focuses on wines that are organic, biodynamic, and produced with minimal intervention. The cocktail list highlights the best products of the season, with a carefully curated list of spirits from across the globe. We believe that our hospitality is just as important as the food and beverages we put on the table. We do not encourage our restaurant for young children. Obon is always great. The sushi is fresh and yummy. They have amazing house made drinks like you have never had before. The ramen is also excellent. I love the spicy tuna crispy fried rice. I highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience at HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We ordered burgers which were delicious and perfectly prepared. The drink selection was great - we enjoyed some sodas and I particularly liked their Hazy IPA. The restaurant offers a nice blend of casual dining with quality food and attentive service. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our meal. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for good burgers in a pleasant setting with great service.
