Best Casual Restaurants in Huntington Beach

I can’t believe the friendly service and happy vibe we experienced this afternoon for lunch at the absolutely BEST Brazilian Steakhouse in So Cal.! Christmas time means an increase in customers, yet the speed of the gauchos slicing the meats and cocktail service was faster and more attentive than ever! Thanks so much to Nelson, Roberto, Renato, Gilbert, Leah and Valerie for their outstanding services. Now the meats: my favorite, lamb steak and chops, bottom sirloin and bacon wrapped chicken and steak were phenomenal! The sweet cheese bread rolls and everything at the buffet were super fresh and DEElicious! Why go anywhere else? Merry Christmas everyone and see you on New Year’s Eve!!! Loved the experience. Definitely will return. Food was very very tasty. I'd give food 4.5 stars if possible but because the shaky shaky beef was not as tender as everyone raved about, I gave 4 stars. Cocktails and papaya salad were superb.

Met family for lunch here as my aunt and uncle are regulars here at Dukes and Huntington Beach. Beautiful beach vibe. Love the location, the staff and the atmosphere. We had a calamari appetizer, which was very good. Also ordered fish tacos. Very good just a little messy to eat. Enjoyed our visit.

A last minute booking for an early Thanksgiving dinner for two revealed a culinary revelation. Within a smartly designed space tucked inside of the Kimpton Shorebreak Huntington Beach Resort this restaurant belongs among some of the very best in Southern California, if not the entire country. A prix fix Thanksgiving dinner complete with the usual suspects, Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, etc., is just not supposed to satisfy a discerning foodie on this level. The beautiful presentation (think Norman Rockwell) was exceeded by, to put it simply, perfect food, ably served by the charming staff. Congratulations and thanks for a great meal. We’ll be back.

Great food great service! Victor and staff were very helpful showing me what app I needed to make the reservation and having the games on for MNF!! Definitely recommend this place!
