Eagle Brook Saloon is a classic American sports bar and restaurant. The restaurant itself features a Wild West type of setting, with saddles, swinging doors and other cowboy paraphernalia adorning the walls. One of the original owners was Russ Francis, an all-pro tight end for the New England Patriots. Chef Luciano Canova was born in 1949, on a small farm just outside of Rome, Italy.
