At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. We dined here for Xmas Eve and it’s was the perfect spot. The environment is cozy and quiet so you can have a conversation with your whole table. The food was excellent and cooked perfectly. I recommend the salmon and steaks. We were also excited to see some traditional dishes from past Xmas eves with our grandma under the special Xmas Eve selections. My only constructive feedback was the courses were served too close together but it was a busy night for them.

What a wonderful experience I had at Saffron. The staff is absolutely amazing. The best service I have experienced in Omaha for sure! The atmosphere is great! Lots of photo opportunities and truly, there is no “bad” table in this restaurant. Each table is in a great space with a beautiful atmosphere surrounding it. The food was so authentic and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend this spot!
