- TTracyPhiladelphia County •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoAfter passing Cafe Testarossa for years, we finally decided to give it a try. It was so great! We were seated right away and given water, crusty bread, butter and bruschetta with olive oil on the side. All delicious and all the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our waiter, Stephen was very attentive and friendly. He brought us our drinks (very dry martini and glass of Pinot Noir) promptly and took our order. Farro salad and clams oreganata for appetizers was served quickly. Everyone on staff helps out and really hustles! Both appetizers were delicious. We asked for more bread and got it right away. Entrees were homemade spinach raviolis (buttery soft pasta, unbelievable!) and Orrechette with sausage in garlic and oil (also great!). We got more wine with dinner. For dessert, Stephen recommended the caramelized banana Napoleon. It did not disappoint! Some espresso with Sambucca and a cup of tea and we were stuffed. We brought home some shrimp and crab cakes for our daughter and she said they were great! The atmosphere is classy, but not stuffy at all and we cannot compliment the staff enough. We can't believe we took so long to find this hidden gem. It is our new favorite Italian restaurant!More infoCafe TestarossaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Syosset•4.8
- GGeorgeVIPNew York City •29 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 20, 2025We ate here for lunch and dinner, the pizza was excellent, regular and Sicilian were both very good. Dinner started with spicy vodka sauce rice balls and grilled octopus then went into linguini and clam sauce and a chicken and artichoke special all were excellent. Our server was on point from the moment we sat down . Definitely will be back when in the areaMore infoIavarone Italian Kitchen & PizzeriaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Plainview•4.7
