Best Casual Restaurants in Mayfair

Somewhat of a quiet night, maybe people were partied out for the new year. The service was great, the music was good, and I enjoy my time out. I wish the portions were a little bit bigger for the price points, but I understand were in Cherry Creek.

Food was very good. Service was excellent. It’s loud in there because there isn’t much to break up the noise but that’s not a deal breaker. We were a little surprised at the portion sizes of the pasta dishes. I’m not saying they should serve an entire family but they seemed a little skimpy. The branzino was delicious. We’ll go back for sure.

We sat at the counter and really enjoyed chatting with the chef throughout our meal. It felt like we were hanging out at his house, eating at the kitchen island while he cooked. The chef recommended the camote asado, callo de hacha al horno, enmoladas de pollo, and the taco de suadero. Our favorite bites were the enmoladas de pollo and the taco de suadero. The tortillas and sauces are so good! We also had the birria de borrego which was really good but not quite worth the price compared to the other dishes we enjoyed.

Always the nicest staff and food is always amazing. Three times here and they’ve all been great. Love the drinks and the whipped feta dip and chicken sandwich are my favs!

Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.
