Best Casual Restaurants in Leather District

Woot! Just what I’m looking for! Great drinks, great vibes. HOORAY!

First visit here and definitely won't be our last. Fantastic food and fantastic drinks. Everything from the appetizers through to the Baked Alaska was absolutely delish! But what really made our night was our server, Jonathan M. His enthusiasm for the menu was spectacular. He had great recommendations and truly knew everything about every dish or drink. He brought us a few things to try that we didn't even order and he was not wrong about how good they were (the glazed carrots for example...chef's kiss!!). He even sold us on what sounds like a fantastic weekend brunch so we will be back for that without a doubt!!

Picked a place for brunch near the Theatre and on open table. Once again we were not disappointed. I really liked the menu. The food was great and certainly plenty. We will come back again.

A great dining experience. I’ve eaten a lot of Asian foods, but I had never had a hot pot. The service was excellent explaining how everything worked, heat levels, add-ons, etc. just listen to them explain and ask any questions. Side note: If you order appetizers or sushi wait until you finish them to order your hot pot. It came out quickly. It and everything with it took up almost the entire table.

The apps were tastier than dinner itself! Drinks were great, we go the Paloma-loma and the Chemist (a little sweet but good). Apps we got mozz sticks and lemon pepper wings, both were delicious and filling in serving size. Our mains came out at the same time as our apps which was odd, and while the fries were good the veggie burger and spicy sandwich were just okay. The ‘spicy’ sandwich wasn’t spicy at all, and the veggie burger had minimal accompanying sauces.
