Best Casual Restaurants in Holbrook

It takes too long to get your order in. Need more waiters or cooks. I don’t know which. But they do well once they get the order in. Be prepared to stay for a leisurely meal. The food is very good. It’s always crowded at dinner hour.

We had a great Holiday dinner here prior to a show at Patchogue Theatre. The chicken pot pie is amazing, and we loved the Bread Pudding dessert and Peanut Butter dessert.

Bahama Breeze has the best assortment of alcoholic drinks that a consumer can drink and enjoy without getting woozy. My wife and i shared a pineapple rum drink served in real pineapple halve with the core included. The entrees we chose the coconut shrimp tacos (3) and the spicy crispy fried chicken. Both were beyond our expectations.

I love Karvers. Food is delicious- we were a little tight at a table for 5 but all the booths weren’t available. Service is always great!

I forgot to take pictures of our foods ordered. We lucked out and it wasn’t busy. We had a show at the Theater to attend. Our waitress was great. First time I had an Old Fashioned, been curious about it and it was really good. I had the Burrata Salad with grilled shrimp and it was delicious. Fresh ingredients. Hubs ordered Best Chicken on the Block and he enjoyed it. Our friends ordered the Southwest Chopped Salad and the House Burger. Both were pleased with their meal. Plus a cocktail Rusty Nail, which was also tasty. Also an order of Hand Cut Fries for the table. It was a big plate, plenty for four people to share and tasty. Next time I go I’ll be ordering a Rusty Nail. I like the look of their bar style, just something about it.
