- MMariaBerlin •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI recently had the pleasure of dining at a remarkable restaurant that exceeded all expectations. As a Swede, I found the ingredients familiar, yet their creative and subtle twists elevated the dishes in the most delightful way. The wine pairing was exceptional, perfectly complementing each course and enhancing the overall experience. In comparison to MASA, another top restaurant I visited during this trip, this establishment offered better value for money. Of course you cant compare the two, but ASKA stood out. I wish I could come back to this place again!! Thank you Chef Fredrik + an amazing team! PS the chef's wife's playlist added to our experience. 10/10!!More infoASKAPrice: Very Expensive• Nordic• Williamsburg•4.9

OMG - absolutely divine!! Our servers were incredibly attentive and kind - one of them even saw us the bone marrow from the osso bucco and brought us little spoons. Super sweet and thoughtful… and we cannot wait to be back :)More infoAurora - WilliamsburgPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Williamsburg•4.8
- RRickVIPNew York City •6 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI took two colleagues to Café Mars for a business dinner. The comfortable booth salons with the sensitive and attentive service allowed us to talk freely. The drinks and food were off-the-charts fabulous. They made the business discussions that much more fun and productive. We started with 3 “snacks” … pizza slice anchovies, antipasto bomb and inside-out Chicago beef. All three were flavorful, amazingly creative and wonderfully presented. These bites complimented the cocktails, including the deeply flavored Giardiniera martini. Indeed, since the Giardiniera is a key ingredient in the Chicago beef snack, the match was downright perfect! The chefs and bartenders sure work well together. Our three pastas were equally inspired, including the lemony curls, the Genoa tuna waves, and the more traditional Brooklyn Sunday gravy … but with triangle-shaped penne and meat cubes, instead of balls! A modern pivot! We finished with the deconstructed Philly pork sandwich. The flavors were right out of the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia, but the careful execution and beautiful presentation made them pop! It couldn’t have been a better dinner!
