He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. We were out on a rainy Tuesday evening; it was cozy with just ourselves most of the time in the back hightop bar area. Food was perfect. New smoked haddock and prawn chowder was amazing. Crusted flounder very tasty. Meredith was our bartender and server; she was delightful. We are locals and very spoiled to have the Springs and Bullshead in our back yard!
