You should definitely treat yourself by going up there to Allē Lounge on 66! The atmosphere was great. My Genting Old Fashioned was great (a tad pricy, but worth it)! There's even a balcony where you can go outside and take in some spectacular Vegas views. Will definitely be returning!

Fabulous! Oysyer, tuna tartar excellent beginning. Agnolotti pepper n cheese...To die for. Bolognese superb. Excelent chilled martinis. Great service.Lauri and Sergio were amazing. Nice by the glass wine offerings. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

My wife and I were in town for a builders conference and decided to try Carver Steak on our last night in town. Everyone was very attentive, from the hostess to our wait staff, even the manager stopped by our table to say hello. The food was fantastic and we were surprised how fast it came out. We enjoyed our evening and would go back.

The Food and Service by the waitress was awesome. Our waitress was very attentive and showed up every 5 to 10 minutes to fill glasses with beverages and ask how are things. The Hostess was polite, professional, and very pleasant. Indiya was her name. Always a pleasure.
