- AAmyVIPAsheville / Western North Carolina •15 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoBlue Ridge is consistently excellent! The food last night was absolutely delicious with the pork loin with apple chutney being a standout. The salad station was fresh and well stocked, the soups were heavenly, and the dessert bar was amazing with the mousse cups and bread pudding causing us to go back for seconds. The Grove Park Inn is full of history and is fun to walk around and explore, the views of the mountains are spectacular, during Christmas the decorations are festive, and the fireplaces are so cozy. So when you go for dinner, it’s not just a meal but also an experience. I take everyone that comes to visit us in Asheville. It was another delightful evening.More infoBlue Ridge -Omni Grove Park Inn & SpaPrice: Expensive• Southern• Asheville•4.7
- MMikeVIPAsheville / Western North Carolina •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoOur party of four arrived just as The Blackbird opened at 5, as we had plans for the evening. Service was quick and good and we had a marvelous dinner in about an hour. We all loved our choices, from the veggie entree my daughter chose (and she was also happy about the wide range of gluten free options) to the pork chop and the Seafood Pirlau. There were oohs and ahs for the Smoked Gouda Sweet Potato Biscuit Pudding and the Goat Cheese Corn Pie. The top of the Pirlau was a classic mix of shrimp, mussels, sausage, and tiny crawfish, over a wonderful rice cake with a tomato-y both that made me think of Jambalaya that an old friend of mine from N'aleans used to simmer for a day before serving. Delish!More infoThe BlackbirdPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Asheville•4.5

- CCarrieVIPAsheville / Western North Carolina •35 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 12, 2024This is truly a gem in North Asheville. They have a varied menu, from sandwiches to steak.,On Thursdays, they have all-you-can eat mussels. They delicious, as were the sides we ordered. The brussel sprouts went well with them. They have a nice assortment of beers and cocktails, making some of their own beers and spirits. Finally, the service was excellent. We were seated properly on arrival, and our server, Christine, was very personable and attentive.More infoRye KnotPrice: Moderate• American• Asheville•4.5
