We always have a great experience at Firebirds! However last night was the best! The manager played with our daughter (1), got her ice cream and just kept coming to chat with her! A wonderful experience!

A fave of our for special occasions, and we were able to introduce another family to the experience. Yummy food and friendly service.

The Grand Concourse has become a tradition for us at Thanksgiving. It is such a beautiful place, reminiscent of old world grandeur, elegance, and finesse. You absolutely cannot find more exquisite food anywhere else at Thanksgiving. Their buffet offers an amazing variety of dishes at a reasonable price! Their attention to detail and their exceptional client service makes our Thanksgiving celebration there a truly phenomenal and delightful experience! A special shout out to Herbert, Moses, Cole, and Jesse, our exceptional servers! We have become family and we look forward to enjoying Thanksgiving dinner there every year! This a beautiful historical location and always so pretty around the holidays. We went here a couple of years ago at this same time of the year and this year had very few people- they even asked us to come early. The service was outstanding. The food was good, but rather ordinary- we had a turkey sandwich and a spinach salad. Both were fine but the bread was a little dry, salad could have used more apples and walnut. Limited menu - all items you would see in any good restaurant- they need a signature dish or soup. Maybe something they served years ago and diners thought it was great.
